What Prem Nagar is like
Prem Nagar lies on Chakrata Road in west Dehradun, beyond Ballupur, with the Indian Military Academy nearby and universities and colleges along the road towards Bidholi and Selaqui. That makes it the city's biggest student rental market: rooms, PGs, hostels and small flats are in constant demand. Beyond it, towards Sudhowala, Manduwala and Doonga, plotted colonies are spreading.
