Before you book
- RERA registration. Ask for the Uttarakhand RERA number and check it on the RERA website.
- Possession date and stage. Visit the site and see which tower and floor your unit is in.
- Carpet area in the agreement. The agreement should state the carpet area, not only the super area.
- All-in price. Ask for the base price, PLC, parking, club membership, maintenance deposit and GST separately.
- Payment plan. Construction-linked or down payment, and which banks have approved the project for home loans.
